Product Introduction:

Organic fertilizer wheel disc compost row turner (turning machine) is suitable for fermentation and turning of organic waste such as pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens and other livestock and poultry manure, sludge garbage, sugar factory filter mud, dross cake and straw sawdust. It is widely used in fermentation, decomposing and moisture removal operation in organic fertilizer plant, compound fertilizer plant, sludge waste plant, horticultural farm, and agaricus bisporus planting plant. Compared with traditional groove type compost turner, it greatly save space. No dead band throwing and turning, wide turning range with deep depth, uniform and high turning efficiency.

※ High turning depth: turning depth can reach 1.5-3m.

※ Low energy consumption for turning and throwing: unique energy-saving and high-efficiency transmission mechanism is adopted, energy consumption is 70% lower than traditional turning and throwing equipment under same workload.

※ High degree of automation: equipped with fully automatic electrical control system, no human operation is required during manure compost turner working period.

※ Turning without dead angle: wheel disc is turned symmetrically, there is no dead angle for turning under displacement of speed-adjustable shifting trolley.

Working Principle:

Wheel disc compost heap turner adopt middle chain transmission mechanism to drive two large diameter turning wheels, symmetrical turning, no dead angle adjustable speed shifting trolley, left and right to move, low energy consumption to complete large-span turning work. In the case of deep piled materials, through unique energy-saving transmission mechanism, use less power to complete high-depth, large-span turning operation. Its hydraulic lifting system can automatically raise and lower the turning disc to ensure equipment can move without obstacles. In addition, supporting fully automatic electrical control system further ensure that the equipment is easy to operate, safe and reliable. Mushroom compost turner can be customized with different spans according to fermentation tank width.
