Product Introduction:

Forklift windrow turner machine is a four-in-one multifunctional compost turner integrating fermentation, stirring, crushing and displacement. It is one of the energy-saving and environmental protection equipment for bio-organic fertilizer production. It is suitable for fermentation and turning of organic waste such as small-scale livestock and poultry manure, sludge garbage, sugar factory sludge, dross cake and straw curium. Also widely used in organic fertilizer plant, compound fertilizer plant, sludge waste plants, horticultural field,  and fermentation and dehydration operation for agaricus bisporus plantation.

※ Turn over and throw evenly: windrow turning machine is suitable for technical requirement of microbial aerobic fermentation, can mix viscous fermentation material, microbial fermentation agent and straw powder evenly. Stir and ferment to make the material uniform, make the bacteria and raw materials fully contact, then promote fermentation of the fermented product. This machine can mix 200-400m3/h of fermented material, equivalent to 100-200 tons of finished fertilizer. It is suitable for organic fertilizer plants with annual output of 50,000 tons. Actual mixing time of this machine is about one hour per day, average fuel consumption is 0.03L/m3. Only one driver is required. Make the finished fertilizer form an obvious price advantage. 

※ Sealing of discharge outlet: hydraulic design, driver can open and close the discharge outlet of tipping bucket in driving cabin.

Working Principle:

Main body of the mixing and dumping device of forklift turner machine is a long bucket, with a rectangular discharge outlet at bottom of the bucket, two parallel licker-in rollers in the bucket body, double shaft stirring with higher efficiency. The main licker-in roller is powered by radial plunger hydraulic motor, ends of the main and auxiliary licker-in roller are connected by sprockets; teeth of two licker-in rollers are installed alternately with a certain gap, and size of two licker-in rollers after installation match with rectangular outlet size which at bottom of bucket body. When operate the solenoid valve, two licker-in rollers rotate at the same time to stir and crush material, throw it out from rectangular outlet, so as to achieve effect of crushing, mixing and turning material.
