Product Introduction:

chain plate compost turner machine is suitable for deep groove aerobic compost and organic fertilizer turning and throwing,such as organic solid waste: livestock manure, sludge, garbage etc. This machine works along the track of fermentation tank, which is beneficial to speed up fermentation and putrescibility of materials in fermentation tank, reduce moisture and improve compost quality. The walking system above fermentation tank adopts frequency control, which has good adaptability to different materials, stable turning and high efficiency. The product after high-temperature aerobic fermentation can be used for soil improvement, landscaping, landfill covering soil etc. Chain plate compost turning machine can be combined with Belt conveyor and feeding bin to realize automatic follow-up process after turning, save manpower transportation cost and improve production efficiency.

Working Principle:

When turning, the chain plate compost turning machine moves forward slowly. Its multi-tooth chain plate disperses bottom materials and send them away. Upper layer material will continuously fall down on the inclined conveying scraper. Material is broken up and mixed during conveying process. After go over the conveying head, it falls into groove, thereby forming a quantitative displacement. As the compost turner continues to move forward, material is formed regular, equidistant backward movement, so that every turning is uniform and thorough.
