Crawler Compost Turner

Product Introduction:

Crawler type compost turner is a walking multi-functional fermentation equipment in production of organic fertilizer that integrate mixing, crushing, turning and conveying. It can effectively crush agglomerates formed during fermentation process of raw material. It is used for fermentation and turning of livestock, poultry manure, sludge waste, organic fertilizer plant, compound fertilizer plant, mud waste plant, gardening field, agaricus bisporus planting sugar factory, filter mud, straw, sawdust and other organic waste. Turning width from 2.5m to 6m, ten models in total(customized), adopt crawler drive design,can be operated by one person. When it is working, the crawler belt straddles on strip-shaped compost pile, knife shaft at the lower end of frame rotate to mix and turn raw materials. Operation can be done not only in open air areas, but also in workshops or greenhouses.

Product Feature:

The technology of crawler compost window turner integrate crushing function in later stage of fermentation. With the continuous turning of material, knife shaft can effectively crush the agglomerates formed during fermentation process.There is no need for additional crushers in production, which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces costs.

※  Power is 38-55KW vertical water-cooled diesel engine, sufficient power, high efficiency and low fuel consumption.

※  Small-radius steering proprietary technology, combined with hydraulic power balance device, make steering flexible despite the large body, convenient for site operations.

※  All are operated by joystick, which is flexible and convenient. Hydraulically adjust the distance from turning shaft to ground. Prevent turning shaft from touching ground.

※  Hydraulic balance technology is adopted to ensure four-wheel balance automatic adjustment of compost turner in concave and convex fields, so as to improve field adaptability.

※  Equipped with cab and optional air conditioner.

※  Turners more than 120HP can be customized according to user requirements.

Working Principle:

(1) Part power of diesel engine drive turning drum through belt pulley deceleration transmission; the other part power is output through diesel engine sub-power box to drive the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump, actuator drum lifting cylinder, diesel engine clutch cylinder and crawler drive motor form a hydraulic circuit system, which realize the lifting and lowering of turning drum, main power of diesel engine to drive drum to work/stop, and the self-propelling of equipment.

(2) When working, operator in cab start the engine, by manipulating hydraulic valve group, following functional instructions can be realized: 

Operate valve stem of "travel motor" to make the machine move forward, backward, turn left and right; 

Operate valve stem of "drum lifting" can place drum at proper height from the ground in the pile, and can lift drum to a certain height, which is convenient for machine move quickly and transfer working place;

Operate valve stem of "engine clutch cylinder" to realize rotation and stop of drum; Operate valve stem of "travelling motor speed change"  to realize high and low speed dual status switch.

(3) The turning drum is composed by two section reverse spirals on the left and right and middle straight section throwing teeth. The rotating spiral drum gather triangular stack material towards the center, at the same time, material is turned backwards with rotation of drum, so that the top layer of material and internal material are fully mixed.Material is in full contact with oxygen, hot air in the stack is exposed. In this way, material mixing, ventilation, aeration, turning and throwing can be realized, purpose of composting and fermentation can be achieved.
