Product Introduction:

Groove self propelled compost turner is usually called guide rail type turning machine, track type turning machine etc. It is mainly used for fermentation and turning of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge waste, sugar factory filter mud, dross cake and straw sawdust. It is widely used in organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, and sludge waste plants, horticultural field, agaricus bisporus plantation and other fermentation and dehydration operations. It can be used in conjunction with transfer machine to realize function of one machine with multiple tanks. The matching fermentation tank can discharge materials continuously or in batches, high efficiency, stable operation, durability, even turning and throwing. The turning span is between 3-30m, turning depth can reach 0.8-1.8m, there are double-slot and half-slot types to meet customer different needs. It is suitable for aerobic fermentation and can be used in conjunction with solar fermentation chambers, fermentation tanks and transfer machines.

※ Intelligent automatic control turning process of the fermented materials, under action of longitudinal and horizontal walking mechanisms, make fermented materials produce turning displacement in the tank, materials move back in a regular, continuous equidistant and gradual manner in the tank, thus forming continuous aerobic fermentation process.

Structure Overview:

Groove turner machine is composed of transmission device, lifting device, traveling device, turning device, transfer vehicle and other main components. Motor directly transmits power to cycloidal pinwheel reducer and drive turning drum through sprocket. The turning fins on drum are distributed in rows, which can turn and stir materials in fermentation tank, move them backwards to play the role of turning. Speed is fast, stirring evenly, so as to achieve full contact between material and air, fermentation effect is better. Centralized control of control cabinet can realize manual or automatic control functions, equipped with soft starter, shock load is low when starting. The teeth are sturdy and durable, own a certain crushing and mixing function to raw materials.

Working Principle:

Mushroom groove compost turner machine need to build fermentation tank, one machine with multiple tanks, then the raw materials (feces, biogas residues, straw) are piled in the fermentation tank, bio-organic fertilizer fermentation bacteria are mixed in the raw material pile. 1kg decomposing agent can ferment 1 ton raw materials, mixed according to material ratio. Fermentation period is 10-15 days when temperature is around 0 C°, it can be completely decomposed by turning and throwing every 2 days. After being decomposed, it is crushed by organic fertilizer crusher, screened through drum screen, coarse material is screened out to ferment again, fine material can be granulated. Appearance of the granules is more beautiful with higher granulation rate.
