Organic fertilizer compost turner has many functions, but no matter how many functions it has, everyone needs to use it correctly, and must master correct method when using it. If you can't master correct method, no idea to play its function fully. Then, what are the correct ways to use the organic fertilizer turner?

How to use the groove compost turner?

1. Check whether the oil system and lubrication system are unblocked, if not, immediately notify maintenance personnel to repair.

2. Check whether the oil in fuel tank is sufficient, if not, add enough.

3. Check whether hydraulic system has leakage. Before starting machine  carefully check whether mechanisms of each part are in good condition, whether the positions of transmission handles and shift handles are correct, and carefully lubricate and maintain machine as per requirement.

4. Operators must be present at the same time before going to work, pay attention to observe machine and make all preparations.

5. Before starting machine, turn parts that can be rotated of the machine, observe whether there is any abnormality when machine is rotating, notify maintenance personnel in time to repair if it is found.

6. When starting, first turn on power switch to energize the machine, and then turn on electric oil pump and switches of each motor for trial operation. After work button stop track changing car, upper frame can be work.

7. During operation of the equipment, if main shaft vibrate, noise is loud, or pressure is high and temperature exceeds 65°С, or other abnormal conditions, should immediately check the situation with maintenance personnel and deal with it.

8. When groove self propelled compost turner is working, except relevant personnel of operation and maintenance, other personnel are prohibited to use machine.

9. If the machine breaks down, relevant personnel should be notified immediately, find out reason, eliminate fault, the machine should not be handled without authorization. It is strictly forbidden to work with problems.

10. When machine is stopped after work, fan should be turned off first, drum should run for 2-3 minutes to remove mud before stop the machine. Then make maintenance, brush off iron filings and dust, lubricate and refuel, finally cut off the power.

During the installation and use of compost turner, many problems should be paid attention, because whether correct installation and use has a direct impact on service life of compost turner.

The following points should be paid attention to during installation and use of the compost turner:

1. The equipment should be installed on horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.

2. When installing, pay attention to verticality of the main machine with ground.

3. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part of compost turner are loose and whether the door of main engine is fastened. If so, please tighten it.

4. Configure power cord and control switch according to machine power.

5. After inspection is completed, carry out no-load test run, the production can be started after test run is normal.
