Product Introduction:

Rotary drum screen is a common equipment in fertilizer production. It is mainly used for screening of finished products and returned materials, and then realizes product classification, so that end products can be evenly classified to ensure quality and appearance required of fertilizers. rotary screen separator is a kind of high-efficiency screening equipment, which is widely used in fertilizer production.

Structure Overview:

Rotary screen separator can be divided into three parts:

a. Frame part: the frame is welded by high-quality carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed strict process verification and product process quality inspection, meet the design and use requirements.

b. Transmission screening part: this part adopts a combined screen, which is transmitted from transmission wheel to main shaft through coupling, the screen is installed and bound on rolling cage of main shaft. Material enters from feed inlet, continuously rotates and grades in the rolling cage, and then flows out evenly from lower outlet, which effectively separates finished product from returned material, thereby reducing labor intensity.

c. Transmission connection part: motor drives pulley, V-belt and reducer to drive the main shaft to rotate. Connection part between the reducer and main shaft is driven by a flexible coupling,convenient for assembly and maintenance.

Working Principle:

Rotary screen uses the action of rotation, vibration and shaking to divide various materials through screen into several grades according to material particle size. The rotary drum screen is composed of five parts: drum, frame, funnel, reducer and motor. After the material enters drum from feed inlet, on the one hand, it is screened along with drum rotates; on the other hand, big size material flows forward along the slope of drum, gradually screened out through screens with different apertures. After materials are sieved, they fall into respective funnels, then transported to finished product area manually or by Belt conveyor.

Rotary drum screen relies on size and specific gravity of raw material itself to screen and classify through sieve with different apertures. This machine adopts a combined sieve, convenient for maintenance and replacement, aperture of sieve can be customized according to customer needs.
