Product Introduction:

Chain crusher is one of the most commonly used crushing equipment in compound fertilizer industry. During crushing process, vertical crusher adopts high-strength hard alloy chain with synchronous rotation speed, suitable for crushing of raw materials and returned materials for fertilizer production.

[Applicable materials]: Used for final crushing of various materials such as mixture, gypsum, coal gangue, slag, copper ore etc, also used for fertilizer crushing.

Structure Overview:

Fertilizer crusher machine is composed of lower frame, casing, upper and lower shaft seats, main shaft, rotor disk, chain, hammer head, pulley, motor frame and other parts. The power drives main shaft to rotate through V-belt. Main shaft has two upper and lower bearing seats, bearing seats are installed on the upper and lower ends of casing. Casing assembly is installed on lower frame, rotor disk and chain are installed on main shaft, feeding hopper is installed on the upper part of casing. In order to load and unload hammer head, there is a moving door on the casing, convenient for disassembly and maintenance.

Working Principle:

Vertical chain grinder has strong adaptability to materials with high moisture content, not easy to be blocked, can be fed smoothly. Material feed from inlet and collides with high-speed rotating chain in the casing. After material is hit, it is squeezed and broken, then hits the inner wall of casing to counterattack and then collides with hammer. In this way, after several impacts during falling process, material becomes powder or particle < 3mm,discharged from lower part.
