Horizontal Fermentation Tank

Product Introduction:

Horizontal continuous fermenter is mainly used for high temperature aerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure, kitchen waste, domestic sludge and other wastes. Fermentation tanks are integrated sludge treatment equipment, use microorganisms activity to biodecompose organic matter in the waste to reach harmless, stable, reduction and resource utilization.End product after high temperature aerobic fermentation can be used for soil improvement, landscaping, landfill covering soil and so on.

Working Principle:

(1) First of all, the material to be fermented is put into fermenter from feed inlet through Belt conveyor. At the same time, main motor is started, motor reducer to drive spindle for mixing.

(2) Spiral blade on mixing shaft drive the material to turn over, so that material is in full contact with air, and the aerobic fermentation stage be started.

(3) Secondly, heating system of electric heating rod at bottom of the electric box start to heat thermal oil which in the interlayer of fermentation tank, at the same time,temperature of tank is adjusted by temperature sensor, so that fermenter temperature is controlled in required fermentation state.

(4) After the material fermentation is completed, discharged from outlet for next step processing.
