Product Introduction:

The solid-liquid separator is widely used for separation of high-concentration organic sewage such as animal manure, distiller's grains, medicine residue, starch residue, sauce residue, slaughterhouses for chicken, cattle, horse and various intensive farms.

Solid-liquid separation measures for farm manure can not only solve problem of manure sedimentation in biogas digester, greatly enhance processing capacity of biogas digester, but also greatly reduce construction area of biogas digester and biochemical pond, save construction investment in environmental protection treatment and land use area, the separated livestock and poultry substrate can be directly used as fertilization and raw material of organic fertilizer for fruit tree, forest tree. Selling to organic fertilizer factories can achieve social benefits and income.

Product Feature:

※ Manure dewatering machine has a fast separation speed. Moisture content of separated fecal residue is between 50-60%. Slag output and moisture content can be adjusted.

※ It can be used for feeds with different ingredients (such as grass and concentrated feed) and easy to transport. Its solid particles are very suitable as raw materials for fish feed and organic fertilizer.

※ Economical: this series machine with a high degree of automation, low power consumption and price. Easy to operate, just press start/stop button to operate.

※ Functionality: this series machine has strong decontamination ability, no clogging and easy to clean. The solid content, chemical oxygen consumption, total oxygen consumption, nitrogen and phosphorus removal rates of treated feces and urine can be between 70-95%.

※ Durability: frame, screen frame, screen mesh etc of this series machine are made of stainless steel and anti-corrosion treatment, which are corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and longer service life.

Structure Overview:

cow dung dewatering machine is mainly composed of host machine, non-clogging pump, control cabinet, pipelines and other equipment. Host machine consist of machine body, mesh screen, extrusion auger, gear reducer and unloading device. The whole machine is easy to install and debug. It can be used normally after being installed on a site of about 15m2.

Working Principle:

Cow dung dewatering screw press machine continuously lift dung water to inside of machine. As the material enter, pressure at machine front edge increase, moisture in material is  extruded and discharged to drain-pipe via screen, then the material push discharge port under a certain pressure, finally separated materials are squeezed out.
