Product Introduction:

Cyclone dust collector is one type of dust removal devices that have been widely used to separate solid and liquid particles from air streams, or to separate solid particles from liquids. It is widely used in: purification of high-temperature flue gas, boiler flue gas dust removal, multi-stage dust removal, pre-dust removal, and removal of non-viscous and non-fibrous dust, mostly used to remove particles above 5 μm, parallel multi-tube dust cyclone device has 80-85% dust removal efficiency for particles of 3 μm.

Application range: It is suitable for collecting drying non-fibrous granular dust and smoke dust in metallurgy, casting, building materials, chemical grain, cement and other industries, also can be used as material recycling equipment.

Product Feature:

※ It is equipped with conical reflective screen to prevent separated dust from being rolled up again by the twice airflows and carried out by updraft, thus improving dust removal efficiency.

※ Processing air volume is large, load adaptability is strong, machine core is smooth and durable, and there will be no clogging.

※ Floor area is small, it can be installed flexibly according to user's site and local conditions. It can be placed indoors or outdoors.

※ Structure of cyclone dust extractor is simple, easy to install and maintain, equipment investment and operation costs are low.

Structure Overview:

Cyclone dust separator is composed of inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, cylinder, cone and ash hopper.

Working Principle:

Cyclone collector make dust-laden air flow rotate, dust particles are separated from air flow by centrifugal force and collected on wall of the device, and then dust particles fall into ash hopper by gravity. Each component of cyclone dust collector has a certain size ratio. The change of each proportional relationship can affect efficiency and pressure loss of cyclone dust collector. Among them, dust collector diameter, air inlet size, exhaust pipe diameter are main influencing factors. 

When using it, should be noted that when a certain limit is exceeded, favorable factors can also be transformed into unfavorable factors. In addition, some factors are beneficial to improving dust removal efficiency, but they will increase pressure loss, so the adjustment of various factors must be taken into account.
