Product Introduction:

The drum solid liquid separation machine is designed to address shortcomings of traditional water solid separator's inability to process materials with low concentration, low slag content and low processing efficiency. (Such as flushing pig manure, duck manure, urine soaked manure, biogas residue and biogas liquid, etc.). It is a kind of livestock and poultry manure dewatering machine, which can separate the water of livestock and poultry manure into liquid organic fertilizer and solid organic fertilizer.

Product Feature:

※ This microfiltration dung dewatering machine is equipped with backwash device, which provides many conveniences for cleaning after separation and has strong decontamination ability.

※ The treated solid wastewater, chemical oxygen demand, total oxygen consumption, nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate can be between 70-95%.

※ Frame, screen frame, screen mesh, etc of this series machine are made of stainless steel and anti-corrosion treatment, which is corrosion-resistant, high strength and long service life.

※ This microfiltration chicken manure dewatering machine is highly automated and easy to operate. You only need to press start and stop buttons to operate.

※ Slag separation speed is fast, moisture content of separated slag is between 50-55%, slag volume and moisture content are adjustable, and can be applied to different feeds (such as grass). It is easy to transport and its solid content is suitable as raw material for fish feed and organic fertilizers.

Working Principle:

The sewage is pumped to main machine by transfer pump. It first passes through microfiltration processor (high-density screen can be optionally choosed), and then the effluent enters storage tank or sewage treatment system. The solid enters screw extruder through screw pushing device, and is filtered again by screw extruder, dry material is discharged dry and can be directly bagged. If the screw extrusion water has a high solid content, it will be returned to original sewage tank.
