Product Introduction:

Inclined screen solid-liquid separator is also known as cow dung dewatering machine, solid liquid separator machine etc. This machine can be widely used for slag-liquid separation of high-concentration organic wastewater from animal manure, distiller's grain, medicinal residue, starch residue, sauce residue, slaughterhouse, chickens, cattle, horses and various intensive breeding farms.

It can separate raw manure from pig manure, duck manure, cow manure, chicken manure and other livestock manure into liquid organic fertilizer and solid organic fertilizer. Using this equipment, removal rate of suspended solids in sewage can reach > 90%, moisture content of dried fecal residue is < 60%, secondary pollution isn't produced. 

Liquid organic fertilizer can be directly used for crop utilization and absorption, solid organic fertilizer can be transported to fertilizer-deficient areas for use to improve soil structure. At the same time, they can be made into organic compound fertilizers through fermentation.

Structure Overview:

Inclined screen solid-liquid separator is fully functional and highly targeted. It consists of sewage pumping system, vibration system, slag feeding/extrusion system and automatic flushing system. It improve sewage treatment capacity and effect, can separate sewage residues. squeeze dry for easy use and creativity.

Working Principle:

Main body of solid and liquid separator is stainless steel curved or flat filter screen surface made of wedge-shaped steel rods. The waste water to be treated is evenly distributed to inclined screen surface through overflow weir. Due to small and smooth gap on surface of screen, large gap on back, drainage is smooth, not easy to block, solid matter to be trapped. Filtered water flows out from gaps in screen plate, at the same time, under action of hydraulic force, solid material is pushed to lower end of screen plate and discharged, thereby achieving purpose of solid-liquid separation.
