Product Introduction:

Static automatic batching system is an automatic batching device that can be used with BB fertilizer equipment, organic fertilizer equipment and compound fertilizer equipment. It can complete automatic proportioning of materials according to customer needs. Static automatic batching machine is used to weigh, distribute and mix multiple raw materials individually, replace manual weighing or volumetric measurement. Static automatic batching machine adopt microcomputer control, electronic monitoring and digital prompts. It has good control functions and easy to operate. It is guarantee of accurate fertilizer product content. The static automatic batching machine has characteristics of high measurement accuracy, fast distribution efficiency, and high degree of automation. It is one of the main parts of the complete set of fertilizer production equipment.

Product Feature:

※  It adopts integrated direct-connected special belt scale reduction motor, which has low noise, low vibration, dust resistance, long life and high reliability. Geared motor is equipped with counter moment support plate, axle mounted construction. It is directly connected to active roller of scale body, installation, debugging and maintenance extremely convenient.

※ Ring-shaped jointless belt, which can be selected according to process: parallel belt, baffle structure, skirt belt structure.

※ Unique belt deviation prevention device: adopt Schenck technology three roller structure, tension roller can be freely adjusted.

※ Batching system complete batching of each material in sequence according to set order and weight.

※ There are many structural forms and flexible combination methods.

Structure Overview:

Organic fertilizer static automatic batching plant machine consist of aggregate storage hopper, Belt conveyor, metering system, weighing hopper, frame, electronic control system etc. Each storage hopper is equipped with a weighing bin, one bin with one weighing scale, continuous weighing and configuration. During configuration process, various materials are fully mixed, which reduce working intensity of the mixing mixer.

Working Principle:

Static automatic batch weighing system is composed of multiple weighing systems. Common control method is intermittent feeding and static measurement, that is, batching start, all feeding electric vibration machines begin to work, computer performs dynamic monitoring at the same time. When measured value of one weighing system reach feeding set value, feeding is stopped. After all weighing systems stop feeding, whole feeding process end, and this time is T1. In order to improve measurement accuracy, delay for a period of time T2 to make weighing system relatively static, then carry out static measurement on the weighing system. After measurement is completed, computer controls all discharging electric vibrators to discharge materials at the same time. Discharging process is similar to feeding process, computer still performs dynamic monitoring, and the discharging time is T3. In order to reduce error, a period of time T4 is also delayed after discharging, then static measurement is performed. So far one batching cycle of the batching system ends, next batching cycle can start, cycle will be: T=T1+T2+T3+T4.
