Induced Draft Fan

Product Introduction:

ID fan is general-purpose air source that is widely used for blowing or sucking air. For some occasions that need heating, induced draft fan blow heat generated by heater to designated position through high-pressure wind generated.

Induced draught fan can transport air and other non-spontaneous, harmless, non-corrosive gas to steel. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, dust and hard particles contained in it are not > 150mg/m3. Gas temperature must < 80°C. It is widely used for indoor ventilation in industrial and mining enterprises, large buildings, hotels and restaurants.

Structure Overview:

№2.8～6 of 4-72 type fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, motor and other parts. №8～20 has not only the above-mentioned parts, but also transmission part.

(1) Impeller: It is composed of 10 backward inclined airfoil blades, curved front disc and flat rear disc, made of steel plates, and corrected by dynamic and static balance.

(2) Shell: made into two different types. Among them, casings of №2.8～12 are made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. Casings of №16～20 are made into three open types. In addition to being divided into two halves along middle horizontal plane, the upper half is vertically divided into two halves along center line, connected by bolts.

(3) Air inlet: made as whole and installed on the side of induced fan. Section parallel to axial direction is in a curved shape, so that gas can enter impeller smoothly, loss is small.

(4) Transmission: It consist of main shaft, bearing box, flow bearing, pulley or coupling.

Yes.If you required,we can dispatch engineer to the site for guiding machine installation, At the same time train skilled workers how to operate the machine. Installer's salary is calculated separately.
