Product Introduction:

Forced action Pan mixer is mixing equipment for mixture in production of organic fertilizer. It mainly solve the problems that water added amount is difficult to control, stirring force is small, materials are easy to condense into warehouse. Vertical planetary mixer blend all ingredients in blender to achieve fully mixed state.

Product Feature:

※ Since mixing shovel and rotating arm are connected by a cross shaft assembly, and working gap of mixing shovel is adjusted by pull rod or screw, the phenomenon of hard material jamming can be basically eliminated, so as to reduce running resistance and wear.

※ Angle between working surface of mixing shovel and forward direction in vertical and horizontal directions is an obtuse angle, which can strengthen mixing effect, improve mixing quality.

※ Discharge outlet of planetary pan mixer is set on side wall of barrel, barrel can swing laterally relative to machine frame, and material cleaning scraper is installed to speed up material discharge, make it more thorough, and reduce mud leakage.

※ Stirring shaft is not under pressure when forced mixer is mixing materials, maintenance is simple and convenient.

※ Motor and transmission mechanism are placed under mixing barrel, directly driven by cycloid reducer. Safety is guaranteed during use, accidents are avoided.

Structure Overview:

Vertical fertilizer blender is composed of drum, frame, motor, reducer, rotating arm, mixing shovel, cleaning scraper etc.

Working Principle:

Vertical planetary mixer include stirring mechanism, vortex stirring mechanism, mixing drum, discharge mechanism, mixer frame and bottom frame etc. The center of mixing drum is equipped with vortex mixer, two planetary mixers are arranged symmetrically on both sides of vortex mixer. The two planetary mixers rotate relative to each other, vortex mixer and mixing drum rotate in reverse.This machine has a large stirring force, which solve the problem of caking.

Yes.If you required,we can dispatch engineer to the site for guiding machine installation, At the same time train skilled workers how to operate the machine. Installer's salary is calculated separately.
