Product Introduction:

Moving Belt conveyor is upgrade of ordinary belt conveyor. It has functions of moving and lifting. It can change working location and direction at will. Height is adjustable, which is convenient for conveying materials to different designated heights.

Portable conveyor system are widely used in various modern industrial enterprises, such as metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, building material, light industry, fertilizer, grain and other industries. There are 5m, 8m, 10m, 12m, 15m, 18m, 20m and other specifications. Mobile conveyor system has two types: electric and manual lifting. Movable belt conveyor has two speeds: fast and slow, which improve utilization rate of equipment and exert performance of one machine with multiple functions. Large and small travel wheels are equipped with ball bearings, small travel wheels have automatic steering function, which is flexible.Frame of machine adopt welded structure, which has sufficient strength and good rigidity.

Belt conveyors are divided into mobile belt conveyor and fixed belt conveyor.

Moving conveyor are divided into two types: 1. Movable belt conveyor without lifting. 2 Movable belt conveyor with lifting.

Frame can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy. Belt material is PVC, PU rubber, Teflon

Structure Overview:

Portable belt conveyor is a friction driven machine that transport material in a continuous manner. It is mainly composed of frame, conveyor belt, idler roller, roller, tensioning device, transmission device, universal wheel and so on.

Working Principle:

Manure belt conveyor is mainly composed of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly sleeved on them. Pulley that drive conveyor belt to rotate is called drive drum (drive pulley), the other pulley that only change movement direction of conveyor belt is called redirection drum. The drive drum is driven by motor through reducer, conveyor belt is dragged by friction between drive drum and conveyor belt. Drive drum are generally installed on discharge end in order to increase traction and easy to drag. Raw material is fed from feeding end, falls on rotating conveyor belt, transported to discharge end by friction of conveyor belt.
