Product Introduction:

Horizontal single shaft mixer is an organic fertilizer mixing equipment in whole organic fertilizer production line. It plays the role of mixing materials in organic fertilizer production line.

This series horizontal single shaft paddle mixer is new generation mixing equipment developed by our company. It has high mixing degree and less residue, suitable for mixing more than two kinds of fertilizers and additive premixes, as well as compound feed, concentrated feed, additive, premixing feed etc.

Structure Overview:

Horizontal shaft mixer can be divided into three parts:

1.Frame part: all the working parts of machine are installed and fixed on frame. The frame is welded by high-quality carbon steel plate and channel steel, has passed strict product certification and specific process requirements. 

2. Transmission connection part: motor drive pulley, V-belt, and reducer to drive main shaft rotate to work. The transmission reducer and working part of main engine are all made of nylon pins, convenient for assembly and maintenance;

3. Mixing and stirring working part: it is transmitted from transmission wheel to main shaft through pin coupling.Special spiral mixing blade welded on main shaft rotate synchronously, turn material evenly in mixing chamber, so that material can be fully mixed, thereby greatly reduce residual amount of material. After a period of mixing, material flows out from discharge outlet under machine body.

Working Principle:

In terms of the structure of horizontal mixer, spiral is designed as inside and outside, left and right are opposite spirals. Inner spiral drive material near axis to rotate around the axis, axial push from inside to both sides, outer spiral drive material close to barrel wall to rotate around the axis, axial push from both sides to inside, so that the material is convectively circulated, sheared and mixed in barrel, material is quickly and uniformly mixed in a short period of time. It is generally used for stirring and mixing organic fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizers, feed and other raw materials, also specially adapted to viscous materials mixing.

Yes.If you required,we can dispatch engineer to the site for guiding machine installation, At the same time train skilled workers how to operate the machine. Installer's salary is calculated separately.
