Vertical Fermentation Tank

Product Introduction:

Vertical fermenter tank is mainly used for high-temperature aerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure, kitchen waste, domestic sludge and other wastes.Fertigation tank use activity of microorganisms to biodecompose organic matter in the wastes to make them harmless, stable, reduction, resource utilization. The product obtained after high-temperature aerobic fermentation can be used for soil improvement, landscaping, landfill covering soil etc.

Working Principle:

(1) Mix waste (livestock and poultry manure, kitchen waste, domestic sludge, etc), biomass (straw and sawdust etc.) and return materials evenly in a certain proportion, after moisture content reach design requirement of 60-65% enter into three-dimensional aerobic system, By adjusting moisture, oxygen content and temperature changes of raw materials, enable the materials to undergo sufficient aerobic fermentation and decomposition. The heat released during decomposition process can increase temperature of sludge itself, maximum temperature can reach 80℃. Water in the pile is evaporated with temperature rise, part of organic matter is decomposed, so that the volume of pile is reduced to achieve waste reduction treatment.

(2) The temperature of organic fertilizer fermentation tank is controlled between 55-60℃ through ventilation, oxygenation, stirring, etc. to reach optimum temperature for material fermentation treatment. At this temperature, a large number of pathogenic bacteria and parasites in the pile are killed, at the same time, deodorization system is used to carry out biological odor in the discharged gas to achieve purpose of harmless treatment.
