Product Introduction:

Twin screw extrusion granulator fertilizer is also called twin spiral extrusion granulator, which is widely used in organic materials such as poultry manure, urban sludge, domestic garbage, sugar factory filter sludge, paper sludge, distiller's grains, bean dregs, straw, peat, etc. Direct granulation to produce pure organic, organic-inorganic, bio-organic fertilizers.

Organic fertilizer granules manufacturing machine adopt spiral, two-way rolling and double-mode granulation technology, organic materials can obtain continuous and strong rolling and shearing in granulation area, promote the separation between powder and grain materials. Physical granulation pressure between particles is significantly enhanced, granulation efficiency is 1-3 times higher than conventional extrusion granulators, power consumption is reduced by more than 60%.

※ Finished product granules produced have low moisture content, which is convenient for storage, can keep original shape for a long time in water, greatly improve material utilization rate.

※ Granulator mould, stirring and conveying blades are all corrosion-resistant stainless steel quenched and tempered; pressure roller casting is added with manganese and tempered to achieve anti-corrosion and wear resistance. Thereby increase output and reduce equipment loss.

※ Surface of output granular material is smooth and clean, hardness is moderate, temperature rise is low during processing and nutrients inside raw material can be well maintained.

※ Novel design, unique structure, wide applicability of raw material, large production capacity, high operation reliability and low production cost.

Structure Overview:

Double screw extrusion granulator integrate feeder, mixer and granulator. When feeding uniformly, raw material is also be mixed for second time. The feeder is equipped with governor, which adjust feeding amount according to material humidity during production, so that main machine will not be stuck or do useless work, the main machine integrate ring die and flat die, which is equivalent to two sets granulator.

Working Principle:

This model adopt bidirectional spiral countercurrent collision granulation technology, so that organic material can obtain continuous, high-speed, reciprocating kneading and shearing in granulation area, thus forming collision flow of high-pressure dynamic flow state, material temperature rise above 60℃ within 20s. molecular structure and granulation property of the material will be changed rapidly, heat transfer, fluidization and extrusion process between material will be significantly strengthened, granulation density and ball forming rate is significantly improved, energy consumption and mould cost is reduced, granulation efficiency is improved by more than 50% compared with traditional extrusion granulator. Motor power is 40% lower than traditional extrusion granulator.
