Product Introduction:

Pan mixer is mainly used for mixing all raw materials in fertilizer production, also be used in chemical metallurgy, mining, building materials and other industries. The mixer stirs raw material evenly by turning and connected to conveying equipment. Disc mixer blends all ingredients together to achieve an overall fully mixed state.

Structure Overview:

Pan mixture can be divided into three parts:

1.Frame part: all the working bodies of mixer are installed and fixed on frame. The frame of machine is welded by high-quality carbon steel plate and channel steel, has passed strict product certification and specific process requirements. 

2. Transmission connection part: this machine use a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive main shaft to rotate, working part of the machine use nylon pins to drive phase teeth of transmission connector and transmission, convenient for assembly and maintenance.

3. Stirring working part: transmit from transmission wheel to main shaft through pin coupling. Turn material evenly in mixing chamber so that the material can be fully mixed, thereby greatly reduce residual amount of material.

Working Principle:

Disc mixer consist of stirring disc,discharge port, stirring arm,frame, gearbox and transmission mechanism. There is a cylinder in the center of stirring disc, a cylinder cover on the cylinder, stirring arm is fixedly connected to cylinder cover, stirring shaft connect to one end of cylinder cover and pass the cylinder, stirring shaft drive the cylinder cover to rotate, thereby driving stirring arm to rotate. Te transmission mechanism driving stirring shaft to rotate is composed of 4 grade transmission mechanism.

A: For single set fertilizer equipment, delivery time is 7 days; for complete production line, delivery time is 35 working days.

A: 100% new before leave our factory, we guarantee our machine 14 months after shipment date.

A: 30% prepayment to confirm order after sign PI or SC,the rest 70% should be paid before delivery.We also accept L/C.

Yes.If you required,we can dispatch engineer to the site for guiding machine installation, At the same time train skilled workers how to operate the machine. Installer's salary is calculated separately.
