Product Introduction:

Dynamic auto batching system is suitable for sites with continuous batching requirements, such as fertilizer batching and coking batching. These sites have higher requirements for continuity of ingredients. Stopping of ingredients in the middle is generally not allowed, and requirements for proportion of various materials are relatively strict. Measurement of dynamic automatic batching system generally adopt electronic belt scale or nuclear scale as the measurement equipment, main machine has PID adjustment and alarm function, which can realize automatic control of one hopper.

Structure Overview:

Dynamic automatic batch weighing system is equipped with electronic device and variable frequency speed regulating device, which can accurately weigh and regulate speed of bulk materials during operation to control feeding amount. Dynamic dosing machine include:

1. Belt feeder: including conveyor bracket, skirt ring belt, motor, reducer and frequency converter.

2. Electronic weighing device: including feeder controller, weighing sensor, adjustment sensor and weighing frame.

3. Electrical control system: including frequency converter control cabinet and instrument control cabinet.

4. Scraper cleaner.

Working Principle:

Belt/screw feeder checks the quality of passing materials on belt through weighing frame, digital speed sensor installed at tail continuously measure running speed of the feeder. Pulse output of sensor is proportional to speed of feeder; speed signal and weight signal are sent to feeder controller together, microprocessor in controller process them to generate and display cumulative/instantaneous flow rate. This flow rate is compared with set flow rate, frequency converter is controlled by output signal of the control instrument, so as to realize requirement of quantitative feeding.
