Product Introduction:

Semi wet material crusher is suitable for fine pulverization of fertilizer production materials, mostly used in production and processing of organic fertilizers. It has good effect on pulverizing chicken manure, humic acid sodium and other raw materials, widely used in bio-organic fermentation compost, municipal solid waste composting, grass peat, rural straw waste, farmed livestock and poultry manure etc bio-fermentation high-humidity material crushing process.This machine is also suitable for fine crushing in mines, coal mines, metallurgy and other industries.

Cow dung crushing machine solve the problem of organic matter crushing  with high water content, own good crushing effect on organic materials that have been fermented.

Product Feature:

※ Cow dung crusher machine without sieve at bottom, more than a hundred kinds of materials can be crushed without clogging. Even materials have just been fished out of water can be crushed, will not be blocked by the crushing of wet materials, causing motor to burn out and affecting production.

※ High-alloy wear-resistant hammer head is used, stronger and more wear-resistant than ordinary hammer heads.Hammer blades are made by forging, increase hammer blades service life.

※ With two-way gap adjustment technology, if the hammer is worn, no need to be repaired, could continue to be used by moving hammer position. Material particle size can be controlled by adjusting gap between hammer head and liner.

※ It can be easily operated by one person, safe and reliable, convenient for maintenance.

※ Centralized oil injection lubrication system, under normal operation, machine can be injected with lubricating oil without stop.

Structure Overview:

Cow dung crusher is composed by crushing room,feeding inlet,motor,belt cover,bearing room,machine frame,discharge outlet,retaining plate.

Working Principle:

Semi-wet material manure crusher rotate at high speed through rotor, material is hit by blade at high speed to form fine particles, finally discharged directly from outlet. The semi-wet material pulverizer use high-speed rotating blades to pulverize fibers, make them to be good particle size, high efficiency and save energy. Allowable moisture content of organic fermented materials up to 25%-55%, pulverized size reach granulation requirements.
