Product Introduction:

Double shaft crusher, also known as double-shaft chain mill, is suitable for crushing lumps in the production of compound fertilizers or organic fertilizers. It is also widely used in chemical, building materials, mining and other industries. High-strength tungsten carbide chain plate, reasonable design of inlet and outlet, crush materials evenly, not easy to stick on machine wall, easy to clean.

Structure Overview:

Chain crusher consist of feed inlet, machine body, discharge outlet, rotor (including bearing), transmission device and shock absorber.

A. Frame is welded with thick channel steel and steel plate.

B. Crushing mechanism adopt double crushing shafts and is equipped with wear-resistant manganese steel chains.

C. During crushing process, high-strength and hard alloy chain plates with synchronous speed are used for continuous large-capacity material crushing.

Working Principle:

According to installation form, two shaft chain mill crusher is divided into two structural forms: vertical chain crusher and horizontal chain crusher. The vertical chain crusher has a single rotor, horizontal chain crusher has double rotor. Main working part of chain crusher is the rotor with steel chain, one end of the chain is connected to rotor, the other end of chain is equipped with chain head made of wear-resistant steel. The chain crusher belong to impact crusher, which crush material block by impact of high-speed rotating chain. Chain crusher is double-rotor structure, each rotor shaft has its own drive motor, peripheral speed of chain head is 28~78m/s. In order to prevent friction between the sticky material and machine steel plate, body inner is lined with rubber plate, there are quick-opening inspection doors on both sides of machine body. Machine body and transmission device are installed on base made of section steel, lower part of the base is equipped with shock absorber and connected with the foundation.
