Two Stage Crusher

Product Introduction:

Two stage crusher, also known as 2 stage non-screen bottom crusher, has upper and lower two stages crushing, and two sets of rotors serially connected to each other. The material crushed by hammer head of upper rotor is immediately crushed again by hammer head of lower rotor rotating at high speed,crush each other to reach crushing effect. It is widely used in crushing of organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, as well as crushing of urban garbage, distiller's grains, mushroom residues, traditional chinese medicine residues, bricks, gravel and other materials.

Product Feature:

※ Vertical two stage crusher machine without bottom sieve, no strict moisture content requirement to material, impossible stick sieve plate, fine powder can be removed in time and repeated crushing don’t occur.

※ It will not be blocked due to wet material crushing, which will cause motor burn out and affect production.

※ High crushing efficiency, without invalid wear of hammer head.

※ High-alloy wear-resistant hammer head, hammer blade is made of forging, which is stronger and more wear-resistant than ordinary hammer head, increase service life of hammer blade.

※ 2 stage crusher plant adopt two-way gap adjustment technology, no need to replace after wear and tear, moving position can be used repeatedly.

Structure Overview:

This machine can be divided into three parts:

1. Frame part: machine frame is all welded by high-quality carbon steel plate and channel steel, has passed strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements.

2. Rotor crushing part: rotor of the machine has novel structure and reasonable design. It adopt double-layer blades for crushing, crushing effect is twice that of other products. Make raw material meet granulation requirement.

3. Transmission connection part: adopt flexible belt drive. The motor drive pulley and belt, directly transmitted to main shaft, so that main shaft rotate at a high speed to achieve crushing effect.

Working Principle:

Two stage NPK crusher without screen grate at bottom, so no strict requirement on material moisture content. The material crushed by upper rotor hammer is immediately crushed again by high-speed rotating lower rotor hammer, mutual pulverization reach crushing effect. It adopts two-stage crushing. Material is cut and crushed by rotor disk, then transported by conveyor to crushing chamber for secondary crushing with hammer, finally discharged from outlet.
