Structure Overview:

Manure dryer is mainly composed of front and rear supporting wheel device, cylinder, feeding and discharging device, transmission device, gear cover and other components.

a. Bracket part: bracket part include front bracket and rear bracket, which are fixed on corresponding foundation and used to support cylinder for positioning and rotation. The front and rear brackets are all composed of bracket, supporting wheel frame and supporting wheel. During installation, height and angle of dryer can be adjusted by adjusting distance between two supporting wheels on the front and rear brackets.

b. Transmission part: transmission part provide required power for normal operation of the whole dryer. Its components include transmission frame, motor, triangular belt transmission mechanism,reducer and gear transmission mechanism etc.Reducer and gear are connected by direct connection or a coupling to transmit drive according to load.

c. Cylinder body: cylinder body is working part of whole dryer. There are rolling belts for support and gear rings for transmission on the outside, Lifting plates welded inside are distributed in rows. When cow dung dryer is working, the materials are continuously raised and sprinkled to form heat exchange,by that achieve drying purpose.

d. Head, tail, air pipe, fire pipe: this part constitute hot air circulation and dust removal system required by dryer to work. The sealing between head, tail and body joint is good, so that hot air can continuously take away the moisture contained in particles, achieve the purpose to drying particles evenly. Once operator need to enter inside of the cylinder for operation, please enter through inspection hole after machine is stopped.

Working Principle:

Heat source of dryer come from combustion device, this series dryer adopt downstream heating method. Therefore,materials be dried enter into cylinder from feed box and chute,then pushed backward by spiral lifting plate. Due to inclined placement of the dryer, material flow to rear end under action of gravity and rotation; at the same time,material is repeatedly picked up by lifting plate, brought to top and then continuously sprinkled down, so that material form uniform curtain in the cylinder. fully exchange heat with hot air in cylinder. As material is repeatedly scattered, moisture contained in it is gradually dried to achieve drying purpose.
