Counterflow Cooler

Product Introduction:

Counterflow cooler is a new generation of cooling equipment researched and developed, mainly used for cooling high-temperature granular materials after granulation. Cooling effect is better than similar domestic products.Temperature of cooled material is not higher than outside temperature + 5°C, precipitation rate is ≥3.8%, which plays good role in producing high-quality pellet feed, prolonging storage time of pellet feed and improving economic benefit. It is a model widely used abroad and advanced replacement cooling equipment.

Product Feature:

※ Temperature of cooled particles is not higher than +3 - +5 of room temperature, precipitation ≧ 3.5%.

※ It has unique effect of automatic grain discharge when machine stop, avoiding cross-contamination between feeds.

※ Using a unique discharge frame to force discharge.

※ Simple structure, low operating cost, small space occupation.

※ Using principle of counter-current cooling to cool high-temperature and high-humidity particles,which avoid sudden cooling caused by direct contact between cold air and hot material, thus preventing surface cracking of the particles.

※ Octagonal cooling box design, without cooling dead angle.

※ Air locker is used to feed material, air intake area is large with remarkable cooling effect.

※ Sliding valve reciprocating discharge mechanism is adopted, movement is stable and reliable, residue is small.

Structure Overview:

SKLN series counterflow condenser adopt reasonable cooling principle and is developed by digesting and absorbing international advanced technology. It is composed of feeding section, shell bracket and discharging door mechanism. Counterflow cooling machine has large body capacity, it can be applied to different output (within specified range) requirements only by changing position of material level device. Discharge mechanism adopt pneumatic or electric power without vibration. The cooling chamber adopt cone-shaped mesh plate, and there are 6-8 cooling areas evenly distributed according to different models, so that materials can be distributed in each cooling area, a large amount of cold air flows in each cooling area. The speed is fast, effect is good, thus ensuring final high quality of cooling product.

Working Principle:

Counter-current cooler is mainly used for cooling high-temperature granular materials after granulation. This machine has unique cooling mechanism, the cooling air and high-temperature/high-humidity material move in reverse, so that the material is gradually cooled from top to bottom, avoiding disadvantages such as material surface cracking caused by sudden cooling of general vertical cooler, moisture and heat in core are difficult to dissipate etc.
