Product Introduction:

High-humidity material compost granulating machine is also known as wet stirring tooth granulator, internal rotation stirring tooth granulator. Wet organic fertilizer granulator is widely used in granulation of organic fertilizer. Stirring teeth manure granules granulator is suitable for organic fertilizer raw materials: livestock and poultry manure, composting fertilizer, green manure, sea manure, cake fertilizer, peat, soil miscellaneous fertilizer. qualified granulation rate of this machine > 90%, adapt to variety of different formulas, compressive strength of end product is higher than disc granulator and drum granulator, large pellet rate < 15%, particle size uniformity can be adjusted according to user's requirements through machine's stepless speed regulation function. This machine is suitable for direct granulation of organic fertilizer after fermentation, which save drying process and greatly reduce manufacturing cost.

※ Spherical particles have no acute angle after granulation, pulverization rate is extremely low.

※ Particles produced are spherical. Content of organic matter can reach 100%, realizing the granulation of pure organic matter.

Structure Overview:

New type organic fertilizer granulator is composed of motor, transmission, rotor, cylinder and frame.

1. It adopt Y series national standard motor, which has characteristics of strong power, energy saving, reliable quality and overload operation.

2. Interior of reducer is made of special material and processed by special technology. It has characteristics of high bearing capacity, stable operation, durable parts and reliable operation.

3. Rotor is divided into three parts:

① Shaft ② Stirring tooth ③ Stirring tooth head.

The shaft is divided into three sections: ① mixing section ② granulation section ③ polishing section

Big shaft is made of special material and specially made. Stirring teeth are made of special material, hard and wear-resistant, length can be adjusted. Stirring tooth head is made of alloy steel cutter head.

4. Cylinder is divided into three parts: feed mixing section, granulation section and polishing section.

Working Principle:

1.Stirring tooth granulator utilize high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and resulting aerodynamic force to make fine powder material continuously realize processes of mixing, granulation, spheroidization, densification in machine, so as to achieve granulation purpose. Shape of the particle is spherical, size is generally between 1.5~4mm, granulation rate of 2~4.5mm particle is ≥90%. Particle diameter can be properly adjusted through mixing amount of materials and spindle speed. Usually, the lower the mixing amount, the higher the speed, smaller the particle, conversely, the larger the particle.

2. Tooth-stirring granulator process fermented organic raw materials into granules. Compared with disc granulator, yield is higher, granules are uniform, smooth, high-strength and low-moisture. Temperature after forming is about 30℃. After the fermented raw materials are crushed, they are mixed by mixer with water content of material is 35%-40%. After entering stirring tooth granulator, spherical particles can be processed. Bigger water content cause bigger pellet, smaller water content cause smaller pellet. It uses characteristic of organic fertilizer raw material embedded in each other under certain effect to produce round, smooth, high-strength particles. Necessary additives and adhesives can also be added to further improve product quality.
