Automatic packing machine is specially designed for quantitative packaging, divided into double-hopper packaging machine and single-hopper packaging machine. It is suitable for automatic quantitative packaging of powdery or granular materials in flour, starch, feed, food, chemical industry, organic fertilizer and other industries.

Applicable packaging materials: woven bag, sack, paper bag, cloth bag and plastic bag etc.

Material: SS304 for parts in contact with material, which has high corrosion resistance.

Widely used in feed, compound fertilizer, BB fertilizer, grain, seed, chemical and other industries.

Applicable materials: granular materials, powder materials, mixed materials.

Structure Overview:

Automatic quantitative packaging system is composed of mechanical device and microcomputer control system. Mechanical device include feeding, scale body, bag sewing, conveying, pneumatic system and other parts; control system include weighing sensor, intelligent weighing instrument and PLC program control.

Working Principle:

After operator of automatic quantitative packaging equipment put packaging bag into discharge port, he flip clamping switch. After receiving bagging signal, control system drive air cylinder. Bag holder clamp packaging bag and at the same time start feeding mechanism to transfer materials into packaging scale. The feeding mechanism is belt. Material is fed by fast feeding, when target weight of fast feeding is reached, low-speed feeding program is entered. It is controlled by instrument for slow feeding. When required target weight is reached, slow feeding is stopped, discharge valve close, clamper open automatically, packaging bag automatically falls onto conveyor. The conveyor transport packaging bag backward for seam and output, completing a bagging process. This operation can be carried out continuously, requiring 2 operators and 1 transporter.
