Rotary drum granulator is a molding machine that can make materials into specific shapes. Drum granulator is one of the key equipment in compound fertilizer industry, suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizer. Main working method is granule wet granulation. Through certain amount of water or steam,basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after humidity is adjusted in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase condition, cylinder rotation make the material particles generate extrusion force to agglomerate into pellets. Structure Overview:

Urea granulator machine can be divided into five parts:

1. Carrier part: whole rotating part of machine body is supported by carrier, which bear large force. Therefore, the supporting wheel frame part of machine is welded by medium carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed strict quality control and special process requirements. In addition to this, more important thing is support wheel fixed on frame. Considering that it will cause greater friction with machine body rolling belt, our factory specially select high-quality anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, which greatly improves machine service life. Supporting wheel frame also adopt casting integrated technology. In addition, there are hanging hooks at the four corners of supporting wheel frame, which is convenient for loading and unloading.

2. Transmission part: transmission part is most important. Transmission frame is welded by high-quality channel steel and has passed strict quality requirements. Main motor and reducer installed on transmission frame are all ISO national inspection-free products with reliable quality. The motor drives pulley, V-belt, reducer to drive main shaft to make machine work. Working part of the transmission reducer and main shaft adopt nylon cancellation coupling to occlude and transmit drive.

3. Big gear:fixed on machine body, mesh with transmission pinion gear, drive the machine to work in opposite directions. It uses high-tech wear-resistant materials to make machine have longer service life.

4. Rolling belt: fixed on both sides of machine body to support whole cylinder.

5. Machine body part: the most important part of granulator, which is welded by high-quality medium-carbon steel plates, special rubber lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining built in to realize automatic scar removal and tumor removal, eliminate traditional scraper device, passed strict quality control and special process requirements.

Working Principle:

The belt and pulley are driven by main motor, and transmitted to drive shaft through reducer, split gear installed on drive shaft mesh with large gear ring fixed on cylinder, works in opposite direction. Materials are fed from feed end, rotated through cylinder, be made into granules under certain condition, finally flow out through discharge outlet. Due to continuous input of materials and continuous rotation of granulator, mass production can be realized.
