Buffer Granulator

Product Introduction:

Buffer granulator is a kind of equipment for processing powdery raw material into granule in fertilizer production, it is suitable for granulation of high nitrogen content materials.

Compound fertilizer buffer granulator is used for fertilizer granulation. During granulation process, it can control fineness of material, ratio of material, viscosity of material, and moisture content of material. In addition, moisture content of the material is proportional to particle size.

Structure Overview:

Inorganic fertilizer granulator is composed of frame, cylinder, internal stirring tooth granulation mechanism, internal transmission mechanism, external transmission mechanism and other components.

a. Machine frame is welded with thick channel steel.

b. Cylinder is welded by thickened steel plate and adopt form of drum granulator.

c. Granulation mechanism adopt tooth-stirring granulation method.

d. Inner transmission adopt coupling soft connection method. 

e. External transmission adopt cast steel gear meshing for transmission.

Working Principle:

Buffer granulator main motor to drive belt and pulley. Then transmit to drive shaft by reducer, and is meshed with large gear ring installed on drive shaft, the two rotate in opposite directions. Raw material is fed from feed inlet, is made into granule by special structure inside the cylinder, finally flow out through discharge outlet. Due to continuous input of materials,fertilizer granulator rotate continuously, mass production can be realized.

Yes.If you required,we can dispatch engineer to the site for guiding machine installation, At the same time train skilled workers how to operate the machine. Installer's salary is calculated separately.
