Double hopper automatic weighing and packing machine is also called: computer equivalent packaging machine, fully automatic packaging scale, auto packing machine, packaging scale, fully automatic computer quantitative packaging scale etc. Double hopper automatic weighing and packing machine is an automatic quantitative packaging equipment for fertilizer production. Entire weighing process is controlled by computer and automatically seal or sew. Suitable for quantitative packaging of powdered fertilizers and granular fertilizers. It has characteristics of fast weighing speed, high weighing accuracy, labor saving, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

※  Independent packaging weight input and weighing weight display window, display window adopt high-brightness LED display, menu operation is simple, intuitive and friendly, manual assistance in bagging (or barrel), pneumatic bag clamping.

※  Independent weighing system weigh, with high weighing accuracy and fast speed, weighing sensor adopt Toledo weighing sensor.

※  Asynchronous motor control screw feeding, frequency converter speed regulation, large and small double screw fast and slow metering and feeding, high control precision.

※  Whole machine is made of stainless steel except for motor, cylinder, electrical accessories, pneumatic components and sewing machine.

Structure Overview:

Double-hopper vertical packaging machine is mainly composed of four major parts: automatic weighing device, conveying device, sewing device and computer control. It has characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, stable operation, energy saving, convenient operation and accurate weighing.

Working Principle:

Use process of double-hopper quantitative vertical packing machine: manual assistance in bagging, automatic weighing, bag clamping, filling, and automatic sealing or sewing of bags through Belt conveyor transmission.

When double-hopper automatic small packing machine enter automatic operation state, weighing control system open feeding door to start feeding. The feeding device is two-stage feeding mode of fast and slow. When material weight reach set value of fast feeding, stop fast feeding and keep slow feeding. When material weight reach final set value, close feeding door to form dynamic weighing process. At this time, system detect whether bag clamping device is in a predetermined state. When packaging bag has been clamped,  system send control signal to open discharging door of weighing hopper, material enter packaging bag. After material is released, discharging door of weighing hopper automatically close. After unloading material, release bag clamping device, packaging bag automatically falls, after packaging bag falls, are sewn and transported to next work station. Such a cycle runs automatically.
