Urea Crusher

Product Introduction:

Urea crusher is designed to crush urea to meet production requirement of high-nitrogen compound fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer. It is used for brittle materials, such as granular urea, compound fertilizer, coal, slag, shale, loose limestone, etc. Compressive strength of the crushed material should <12MPa, allowable moisture content of bio-fermented organic fertilizer reach 25%~50 %, crushing size can meet granulation requirement.

※ There are various materials as option: carbon steel, contact surface 304 stainless steel, and full 304 stainless steel for choice.

Structure Overview:

Urea mill crusher is composed of uniform feeding rotor, machine body, adjustment mechanism and other main parts, motor drive rotor by V-belt.

Rotor part is composed of main parts such as main shaft, end disc, wear-resistant cutter head etc.

Machine body part is composed of upper and lower casing, crushing plate, curved impact plate and other main part.

Working Principle:

Urea grinder use the gap between high-speed rotating drum and machine plate for grinding and cutting. Gap size can determine crushing degree of the material. After entering machine, the urea hit machine wall and baffle to be crushed, then be processed to powder through grinding of roller and machine plate.

Yes.If you required,we can dispatch engineer to the site for guiding machine installation, At the same time train skilled workers how to operate the machine. Installer's salary is calculated separately.
