Structure Overview:

1. Main machine is composed of three parts: upper body, middle body and lower body. 

2. Auxiliary machine is composed of fan, powder collector and dust collector. 

3. Crushing knife consists of: 7 type knife, 1 type knife and centrifugal knife.

Working Principle:

Feed inlet of straw crusher adopt self-priming feeding, which ensure safe production forever, replace the traditional direct feeding. The motor (diesel engine) drive pulley to make rotor of pulverizer run at high speed. At the same time, rotor generate high-speed air flow that rotate in direction of the blade. Material is accelerated in air flow and repeatedly impacted, cut and rub, it is crushed by three kind effects at the same time. then enter into analyzer with air flow together for analysis. It is subjected to centrifugal force of analyzer rotor and centripetal force of air flow, when centrifugal force is greater than centripetal force, the fine particles enter into powder collector with air flow for collection, coarse particles enter into crushing chamber for crushing sequentially until desired fineness is reached.
