Product Introduction:

Spiral screw conveyor is a kind of machine that use motor to drive screw to rotate and push material to achieve purpose of conveying. It can be conveyed horizontally, inclined or vertically, used for conveying powdery or small pieces materials. It is widely used in fertilizer industry, grain transportation, building materials industry, chemical industry etc. It has advantages of simple structure, small cross-sectional area, good sealing, convenient operation, easy maintenance, and convenient closed transportation.

Auger screw conveyor can be divided into shafted screw conveyor and shaftless screw conveyor in terms of conveying form, and can be divided into U-shaped screw conveyor and tubular screw conveyor in terms of appearance. Shafted screw conveyor is suitable for non-viscous dry powder material and small particle material (such as: cement, fly ash, lime, grain etc), while shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for conveying viscous and easily entangled material. (eg: sludge, biomass, garbage etc)

Product Feature:

※ High conveying efficiency: new type suspended intermediate suspension bearing frame avoid hard friction between screw shaft and cylinder wall due to material extrusion and bending, and with design of small gap and high speed, it can realize fast, smooth and uniform feeding.

※ Diversified layout: equipment shell is made of high-quality steel pipe, connected by intermediate flange, overall hardness is high. Whether it is arranged horizontally or at a large inclination angle, it can be directly connected and fixed with supporting equipment, no need foundation, and easy to move and disassemble.

※ Diversified connection: inlet and outlet can adopt various connection forms such as flange connection, bag connection, bag boom connection, universal interface connection and so on.

※ Reliable sealing: all external connections are sealed to avoid leakage of internal material and external rainwater infiltration.

※ Long-term lubrication: all bearings are made of high quality self-sealing and self-lubricating bearings, which can be used continuously for a long time without frequent addition of lubricating oil.

※ Special reducer: reducer is provided by professional manufacturer with guaranteed quality. It has advantages of small size, light weight, large torque, good sealing and no noise. The professional stop structure can completely apply to thrust transmission with large inclination angles.

Structure Overview:

Industrial screw conveyor mainly include screw, machine trough,hanger, feeding inlet and discharging outlet, transmission device etc, used for conveying powdery or small pieces of materials.

Machine trough adopt steel pipe conveying cylinder, which has high rigidity, good sealing performance, no leakage, and improve working environment.

Transmission device adopt motor direct-connected cycloid reducer, which has high power, low noise, compact structure and reliable transmission.

Feeding inlet can be made into required inclination angle according to conditions of work site, and can be connected by flange, bag connection and universal joint flange, users can choose according to their needs.(specify when order)

Working Principle:

Rotating helical blade push material to be conveyed. The force that prevent material from rotating together with screw conveyor blade is material's itself weight and frictional resistance of screw conveyor casing to material. The spiral blades welded on rotating shaft have different surface types such as solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type according to different materials to be conveyed. The screw shaft has thrust bearing at end of material movement direction to give screw axial reaction counter-force together with material. When length of screw conveyor is long, intermediate suspension bearing should be added.
