Product Introduction:

Double Roller Fertilizer Granulator Machine is a non-drying granulator. The extruded shapes include: pillow, hemispherical, rod, pill, walnut, oblate ball and square bar. It can be used for various types of granulation including organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological fertilizer, magnetic fertilizer and other raw materials.         

(1) The organic fertilizer granulator can produce various types of granules (including organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, magnetic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, etc.) with a size of 2.5 ~ 40mm, granulation strength is good.         

(2) After the material enters the granulator, it is extruded by the pair of rollers then demoulded to form pellets.

Structure Overview:

Oganic fertilizer granulator machine is divided into four parts:

1. Rack part: the main body of the machine is all installed and fixed on the rack. The frame of the machine is welded by carbon steel plate and channel steel, structure of the whole machine is stable and durable.

2. Transmission connection part: this machine is driven by the motor to drive the pulley, V-belt, and reducer to make the machine head work. There are also sprockets and chains to form a transmission chain and transmit it to the crushing and separating working part. Among them, the reducer and working part of machine head are driven by nylon pin couplings.

3. Working part of machine head:the transmission wheel transmits power to the driving roller shaft through nylon pin coupling, and the synchronous operation of rollers is guaranteed by a pair of open gears. There are specific bearings on both sides of the driving and passive shafts and eccentric sleeve parts which are used for adjust roller skin spacing, installed on the frame.

4. Crushing and separating working part: after the material is squeezed by the rollers, it flows into crushing chamber at the lower side. With the rotation of double-axis mace, the pellets and returned materials can be separated.

Working Principle:

This series of double roller granulator adopts principle of physical extrusion to process powder material into particles of required shape. 

The belt and pulley are driven by motor, transmitted to driving shaft through the reducer, and synchronized with the driven shaft through split gear, work in opposite directions. The material is fed from feed hopper, extruded by the pair of rollers, demoulding and made into pellets, then falls into crushing chamber. At the same time, a pair of chains driven by transmission shaft drive the rotation of two maces, the extrusions pellets which adhered to be separated with each other,finally the finished granules and powder are sieved from lower sieve, the granular and returned powder are separated through the subsequent drum screen, the returned material is mixed with new material by Belt conveyor, and then granulated again. With the continuous rotation of motor, material is continuously fed in, realizing mass production.
