Product Introduction:

Complete equipment of organic fertilizer coating machine is composed of screw conveyor, mixing tank, oil pump, main machine etc., adopt powder coating or liquid coating process. It can effectively prevent agglomeration of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer. Main machine is lined with polypropylene or acid-resistant stainless steel. According to technical requirements, this equipment has a special design in internal structure, and it is an effective special equipment for fertilizer coating.

Structure Overview:

Fertilizer coat can be divided into four parts:

A. Bracket part: bracket part include front bracket and rear bracket, which are fixed on corresponding foundation and used to support cylinder for positioning and rotation. The front and rear brackets are all composed of bracket, riding wheel frame and a riding wheel. During installation, height and angle of equipment can be adjusted by adjusting two riding wheel distance on the front and rear brackets.

B. Transmission part: transmission part provide required power for normal operation of coolings compost. Its components include transmission frame, motor, triangular belt transmission mechanism, reducer and gear transmission mechanism etc., reducer and gear are connected by direct connection or coupling to transmit the drive according to load.

C. Cylinder: cylinder is working part of whole coating machine. There are tape rolling for support and gear ring for transmission on outside, lifting plate are welded inside to guide material to flow slowly and make it evenly coated.

D. Coating part: use powder duster or film coating agent to coat the particles.

Working Principle:

Organic fertilizer coating machine is driven by main motor to drive belt and pulley, which is transmitted to drive shaft through reducer, the split gear installed on drive shaft is meshed with large ring gear fixed on machine body and works in opposite directions. Material is fed from feeding end and pass through inside of cylinder. The suction of induced draft fan (used together with machine) accelerate air flow inside cylinder.
