Hot Air Furnace

Product Introduction:

Hot air furnace use fuel to burn directly, form hot air after high-purification treatment, and directly contact with material to heat, dry or bake. It has become replacement product of electric heat source and traditional steam power heat source in many industries.

The fuel consumption of this method is about half that of steam or other indirect heaters. Therefore, direct high-purification hot air can be used without affecting quality of dried product.

Hot blast stove has large heating area and sufficient hot air volume, which greatly reduce temperature difference between the head and tail, so that moisture content of compound fertilizer can be easily controlled within specified range. The test prove that use of hot blast furnace control water content of product, solve the big problem of fertilizer caking, and at the same time reduce amount of anti-caking agent, on the other hand reduce production cost.

Fuel Type:

Fuel can be divided into:

① Solid fuels: such as coal and coke.

② Liquid fuels: such as diesel, heavy oil, alcohol-based fuels.

③ Gaseous fuels: such as coal gas, natural gas, liquid gas.

Working Principle:

High-temperature combustion gas obtained after combustion reaction of fuel is further in contact with outside air, after mixing to a certain temperature, it directly enter into drying room or baking room, contact with material to be dried, heat and evaporate water, and thus obtain dry product. In order to utilize combustion reaction heat of these fuels, a set of fuel combustion device must be added. Such as: coal burner, oil burner, gas burner etc.

A: 100% new before leave our factory, we guarantee our machine 14 months after shipment date.

Yes.If you required,we can dispatch engineer to the site for guiding machine installation, At the same time train skilled workers how to operate the machine. Installer's salary is calculated separately.
