Product Introduction:

Big inclined Belt conveyor is also called wave sidewall conveyor, which is a kind of conveyor. Incline conveyor has advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance of general-purpose belt conveyor.It also has characteristics of large inclination (90° vertical) transportation, compact structure, less land occupation, so it is an ideal equipment for large inclination (or vertical) transportation. 

Sidewall belt is composed of base belt, sidewall and partition. Appearance of base belt is same as common conveyor belt, but lateral stiffness is greater, sidewall is wavy, partition can be divided into T-type, C-type and TC-type according to different sections.

T type: suitable for occasion where inclination angle β≤40°.

Type C: suitable for occasion where inclination angle β>40° and material fluidity is good.

TC type: suitable for occasion where inclination angle β>40°, material is relatively viscous, and viscosity is relatively high.

Troughed belt conveyor has a wide range of applications, mainly in fertilizer, coal mine, subway, grain, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement and other fields.

※ Horizontal conveying sections of any length can be set at head or tail of vertical sidewall machine, which is convenient for connection with other equipment.

Structure Overview:

Trough belt conveyor is mainly composed of corrugated sidewall conveyor belt, driving device, driving roller, reversing roller, pressure pulley, idler roller, vertical roller, beating wheel cleaning device, tensioning device and other parts.

Working Principle:

90 degree large-inclination belt conveyor is to glue freely expandable rubber corrugated vertical "skirt" on both sides of flat rubber conveyor belt, and certain strength and elasticity transverse partition is glued between the skirts to form box-shaped bucket, so that material is continuously conveyed in the bucket.
